College Signings news

It is our great pleasure to announce our 2016 class signings. Joe Leonardi a starting center back for our Score FC team and St. Anthony’s high school will be continuing his academic and athletic career at Franciscan University. Joe is our captain and a real role model for the U16 team to follow. A young man who has stepped up to the plate when in need and has shown great achievement on and off the field. He is one player that takes the word family and  lives by it. He has been a great asset to the growth and  collective play this u18 squad  now portrays on the field.

Our next player is Alex Prince. A 4 year player for us in the goal has finally decided to attend Robert Wesleyan University. Alex is one player we will be very sad to see go. He was such a young kid when he came to our  program 4 years ago, and now he has matured into a young man who commands his goal and shows an intimidation factor when he plays.  He has been with us through out our good and bad times and he  always was up for a battle.  It was a long road for him to decide where to go and we are very excited for him for the coming years.

Alex Prince

More news about our class of 2016 to come…..

Score FC Spring 2016 Season is here!!

Can you believe it, the time has come for the season to start! For the past few months our boys and girls have been preparing for opening weekend. We would like to thank all our Score FC parents and family for their continued support.

All our teams have worked really hard throughout the off season  in our speed, strength, soccer IQ and desire.  We know that each and everyone of our players can see greatness in some of the best players in the world when we watch them play on TV. Now since we know what qualities make them great, we know that our players have the ability to become great for themselves.

The possibilities are endless this spring as all our team are playing in tough leagues with very tough competition.  We wish all our teams good luck this season, and as always:

Play smart, Work hard and SCORE!!!!

Winter season has finally started and what better way then to say HAPPY NEW YEAR.  In this coming 2016 season we are  looking to reach new heights in all our leagues, and competitions.

This year  the Score FC program has expanded to include a U14 Girls team. This is an exciting time for us as we are getting back to how we started, with a very dedicated girls team. We are looking forward to the addition of our girls program and to further add more to our successful Score FC Family.

Our indoor session will be geared toward a great deal of increasing strength, agility, speed and core work.

These components will be necessary to improve on in order for the teams to play better on an individual and team level.

We look forward to seeing you soon….

Score FC 2015/16 Season is here!!

With the ending of the High School Varsity season we are more that excited to start our new journey this year.  We had to say good bye to a good bunch of players, but now we have to move on with our new core of players on the U17 and U16 teams.  The time has come to  achieve some more greatness and we are glad that we will be doing this with this new sets of players.

We have a great line up of tournaments coming up so the time to prepare is now.

Making sure that the team stays within a cohesive, competitive and educational environment will only mean for greater chances of success.

SCORE U15 Take First in Massapequa Tournament

Our U15 Score FC team had a very productive memorial Day weekend.  It started out but playing a Friday night game against the host team Massapequa U15 team and we came out with a win after a tough 55 minutes we were able to come out with ago ahead goal.

On Saturday we had a tough loss from a good Brooklyn Italians team but were able to bounce back with a great win on Sunday morning, which win put us into the finals against a strong Eastern FC Team. The game was tough and it had its great moments throughout the 60 minutes.  The best moment was the final whistle at end the game which declared the SCORE FC U15 team the winners and champions of the tournaments. It was a great job by all the boys and the guest players.

Sean Urda Scholarship Fund

We would like to invite you all to please help us continue to donate any amount you can to this scholarship.

Sean Urda was one of our players that tragically lost his life in January of 2015.  He was a great soul who loved his family, friends and soccer with all of his heart. It is our great fortune that he chose to play for SCORE FC, and everyone who is part of the Score FC family  feels the same way. If you you have the opportunity to donate please follow this link:
